Privacy policy

Last updated October 6, 2026. This policy covers the Cactus Pro Pool Solutions CRM at cactus-pro-pools-crm.vercel.app, an internal tool used by Cactus Pro staff and contractors, and the text messages Cactus Pro Pool Solutions sends to customers who agree to receive them.

What the CRM stores

Lead and client contact details (name, phone, email, address), project notes, estimate appointments, proposals and contracts that our team enters. Staff logins are managed through Supabase.

Google Calendar

The CRM does not connect to Google Calendar and does not store Google account data.

Text messages (SMS)

Cactus Pro Pool Solutions sends text messages only to customers who tick the optional text-message box when they book a pool estimate visit. The texts are about that visit (confirmation, reminders, changes) and the customer's pool proposal. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. We use a customer's mobile number and text-message consent only to send those messages and to honor opt-outs. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
